Successful retail concepts are all developed on the basis of a strategic initial consideration.

In the brand strategy phase, we develop, together with our customer, the basis for an individual store concept.

During the analysis phase we evaluate e.g. the target group, the current POS appearance as well as the brand and assortment strategy. The results are then summarized in a clear brand briefing.
